If your child is interested in representing Stocksbridge Junior School at this year’s Cross Country fixtures, please join us for the second race of the season this Saturday!
- Race 2 – Saturday 1st October, Parkwood Springs
- Race 3 – Saturday 8th October, Concord Park
- Race 4 – Saturday 12th November, Bradfield School
- Race 5 – Saturday 26th November, Norfolk Park
- Race 6 – Saturday 21st January, Brunswick Primary School
- Race 7 – Saturday 4th February, Longley Park
- Cross Country Championship & Presentations at Graves Park – Saturday 25th February
Races start at 10:00am, so a 9:30am meet will give the children enough time to check in, see the course and warm up. Suitable running clothing and appropriate footwear such as trainers/spikes or football boots are advisable, along with a warm change of clothes for afterwards.
Letters will be given out to children prior to each race with more detailed information that is specific for each race.
Although Miss Hague will be available at each race to co-ordinate our runners – look out for her the Stocksbridge Junior School flag – parents are required to stay at the event with their child.
