In the morning, starting at 8:30 am, we run a Wake & Shake club to get our children into school and off to a healthy, active start. We know that exercise improves the focus, concentration, and learning potential of our young people, and just a short burst of high-intensity exercise is enough to get them ready for the day of learning. Well done to all the children who have taken part so far, and we look forward to seeing those smiling faces in future sessions.
