This afternoon, all of our Y3 children took part in an Inspire & Engage festival which had a focus on fun and included activities from the All Stars and Dynamos cricket programmes. Every child had the opportunity to take part in a multi-skills cricket circuit, developing all aspects of the game including catching, fielding, bowling and batting, which developed those key fundamental skills and the confidence to use them. Then, they took part in a adapted cricket game playing against lots of other teams in a fun and fast paced session. It was lovely to see our Y3’s enjoying being active and they made all the staff very proud with their fantastic learning behaviours and the respect they showed for the Sports Leaders. A massive thank you to Kim and all the Leaders for providing us with lots of opportunities to have fun while enjoying being active and playing sport. Well done Y3’s!
